A former Texan who has called Sarasota her home for the past 11 years, Ann understands the numerous intangible benefits of living in the Sarasota-Manatee areas, with its warm weather, white sand beaches, cultural arts scene, restaurants, and seemingly unlimited things to do.  Ann graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Arlington, majoring in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. Ann has a successful record of accomplishments in the administrative, financial, technology, and service-oriented industries.  

Ann began her career in mobile home sales while helping her mother relocate to a beautiful and active 55+ community in the Sarasota area.
